SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORER TO SHIP?
As products are made to order (unless otherwise stated) orders will take up to 2 weeks to be stitched and shipped out.
If you need an item for a particular date, please email info@netheratelier.com before placing your order, to make sure it can be sent out in time.
Due to customs and border controls, Neather can only guarantee a dispatch date, once a package has been scanned into the postage system, it is out of our control, please order as soon as possible before important events to avoid disappointment.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TO THE UK TAKE?
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed for service and arrive in approx 1-2 working days after receiving your shipping notification.
If you require express delivery or would prefer to have your item shipped via courier, please contact info@netheratelier.combefore purchasing for a bespoke delivery quote.
HOW LONG DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKE
Overseas orders are shipped via Royal Mail. If you would prefer a different shipping service, please get in touch before purchase to see if this can be accommodated.
EU orders arrive in approx 5-7 working days after receiving your shipping notification.
USA orders arrive in approx 5-12 working days after receiving your shipping notification.
Orders to the rest of the world arrive in approx 14 working days after receiving your shipping notification.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAXES OR DUTIES ON MY ORDER?
US customers: Duties and Taxes will be collected for your order at checkout.
All other International Customers: Nether is not responsible for any import taxes or fees that may be incurred when shipping to your country, please check your local import charges before ordering. All orders are shipped duty unpaid, if you require duties to be paid before an item is shipped, please get in touch before ordering to see if we can accommodate this.
All items will be declared at full value and cannot be altered to reduce tax and customs liabilities.
If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees, import fees and the cost of returning the shipment to Nether. Nether is not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
HOW DO RETURNS WORK?
Sometimes it’s not the one. And that’s okay. Email tilly@netheratelier.com within 14 days of receiving your item to discuss a refund. Make sure to include your name, order number and the name of the item.
You are entitled to a refund or exchange, so long as your item is unworn and in perfect condition. But remember, customised and bespoke items cannot be returned. When returning items that entitle you to a free gift, the free item must also be returned.
Items purchased during sales and discounts are final sale and are not returnable unless there is a fault with the item, make sure to message before purchasing if you're unsure of sizing or suitability.
As a small business, Nether cannot currently cover return postage fees, so this will be your responsibility. A signed for service is always the safest option.
