Shipping policy

 

Lead times

It will take up to 4 weeks for your piece to be cut, sewn, finished and shipped. This wait time may be longer during busy periods like Christmas or Valentines. If you need an item for a particular date, please email before placing your order, to make sure it can be sent out in time.

UK shipping

UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Signed for service and arrive in approx 1-2 working days. If you require express delivery or would prefer to have your item shipped via courier, please contact before purchasing for a bespoke delivery quote.

International shipping

Overseas orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. 

European orders arrive in approx 5-7 working days.
USA orders arrive in approx 5-12 working days.
Orders to the rest of the world arrive in approx 14 working days.

We are not responsible for any import taxes or fees that may be incurred when shipping to your country, so please check your local import charges before ordering. 

Returns 

Sometimes it’s not the one. And that’s okay. Email within 14 days of receiving your item to discuss a refund. Make sure to include your name, order number and the name of the item. 

You are entitled to a refund or exchange, so long as your item is unworn and in perfect condition. But remember, customised and bespoke items cannot be returned. When returning items that entitle you to a free gift, the free item must also be returned. 

As a small business operating on a handmade-to-order model, we cannot currently cover return postage fees, so this will be your responsibility. A signed for service is always the safest option.
